Do I need a memory card?

Yes. Dash cams record to a microSD card. Many of our models are available with a card included. If you use your own, choose a high-endurance card and format it in the camera before first use.

How do I install a dash cam?

Most models mount on the windshield and plug into your car's 12V socket in a few minutes. Rear cameras require routing a cable to the back of the vehicle.

How does 24H parking mode work?

Parking mode needs a hardwire kit that connects to your car's fuse box, so the camera stays powered while the engine is off. Because connection points vary by vehicle, professional installation is recommended.

Is it legal to record in my car?

Dash cams are generally legal across the U.S., but rules vary by state. Some states restrict where you can mount a device on the windshield, and some require every party's consent to record audio. If you drive passengers, let them know recording is in progress.

Can I watch videos on my phone?

Yes, on models with WiFi. You can view and download footage from the free companion app on iOS and Android.
